WHAT WE KNOW:
Females are 7x more likely to suffer an ACL injury than males. This is due to the boney nature of a maturing females as well as hormones that go along with it. We also know that females tend to have weaker hamstrings and hips. The perfect storm!

HOW WE CAN HELP:
Being a part of an ACL injury prevention program has been shown to reduce the likelihood of injury by 50%or more! By also providing resistance training on a regular basis and teaching proper mechanics we can drive the likelihood down even more.

THE CAMP WILL COVER:
ACL injury prevention education
BIomechanical video analysis of force absorption
ACL injury-specific intervention techniques
Nutrtion for the high-powered athlete
Resistance training coaching
Speed and agility technique for elite soccer players

$35 per athlete
